By downloading, installing, or using AI Swipe (the "App"), you agree to follow this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules.
You may not copy, sell, rent, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, bypass security in, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law expressly allows it.
AI Swipe may help you scan, organize, delete, compress, or enhance photos and videos, place selected media in a private space, and review cleaning guidance.
Photo scanning, analysis, compression, enhancement, and private-space processing occur on your device. Your media, scan results, enhancement results, and private-space content are not uploaded to us or sent to an external AI provider.
AI Swipe may make incorrect or incomplete recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing selected items and results before confirming an action. The App does not guarantee a particular amount of free storage or improved device performance.
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, and other content. You must have the right to process any content you use with the App.
AI Swipe is not a backup service. Keep a separate backup of important content before deleting, compressing, enhancing, or moving it. Deleted items may remain in Apple's Recently Deleted album, and changes may sync through iCloud according to your Apple settings.
The private space stores content locally. Clearing App data, losing access credentials, replacing or restoring your device, or deleting the App may permanently remove content stored only in the private space. Save important content elsewhere before clearing data or deleting the App.
No security system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device and access credentials.
You may not use the App to:
The App, including its software, design, branding, and content, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App to you.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Apple services, including the App Store, iOS Photos, iCloud, permissions, and system settings, are governed by Apple's own terms and privacy notices.
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or iOS version.
You may end these Terms by stopping use of and deleting the App. We may terminate your license if you seriously violate these Terms. Deleting the App may also delete local App data and private-space content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that scans, recommendations, compression, enhancement, or private-space features will always be accurate, secure, or free from data loss.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of media, data, profits, or business.
We may update these Terms when the App, our practices, or legal requirements change. If you do not agree to an update, stop using the App.
Some features and services within the App may require a paid subscription. When you confirm a subscription purchase, the applicable fee will be charged to the Apple ID account associated with your App Store account.
Unless cancelled before the next renewal date, subscriptions will renew automatically. You can review, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Please note that uninstalling or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
If we offer a free trial, introductory offer, or other promotional subscription, the relevant terms, duration, and pricing will be presented to you before you confirm your purchase. Any refund requests for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple in accordance with its applicable refund policies.
